Reginaldo
Cepeda-Ortega. With over 13 years of experience in
the Telecommunications field, Reginaldo worked as consultant
to the former Finance Minister, coordinating legal aspects
of various government processes. He has extensively private
practiced being his specialized areas coporate and international
business law. Reginaldo acted as General Counsellor and Member
of the Board of a Mexican Business Association, with proficiency
in telecommunications, energy, environment, finance and real
estate. International Trade Manager, Spokesman of the Association
and Head of PR.
Interim Comptroller and Treasurer of Cuban telephone company
Etecsa, during its acquisition by an international investor
group in 1995. Board Member of Etecsa from 1995 to 1997, actively
participated in the succesful selling of Mexican investor´s
shares to a European telecomm corporation and to the Cuban
government. He also worked out the divestiture and acquisition
of a regional cell phone company by Mororola Corp. Reginaldo
has frequently headed business with international investors,
vendors, banks, financial corporations, private and governmental
entities around the world.

Jorge
Cepeda-Silva. Jorge´s
vast experience includes Chief Executive of Institutional
Relations with Operadora Protel, S.A. (2003-2005), being responsible
for corporate communication, press handling, lobbying, and
contact with SCT (Communications Ministry) authorities and
COFETEL (Federal Telecommunications Entity).
Previously he worked as Regional Director (Northeast), Government
Issues Manager and Advertising Manager (1996-2002).
Jorge represented Protel in CANIETI (National Chamber of Telecom,
Electronics and Informatics Industry), where he held the Vice
Presidency of Telecommunications (2003-2005) and was President
of the National Telecommunications Counsel (2004-2004).He
is also representative of Legislative Liaisons with CONCAMIN
(Chambers of Industry National Confederation).
Jorge actively collaborated with the Federal Public Administration
from 1982 to 1994.
Creative Director with Medios Producción de Comunicación,
S.A. de C.V. and has been part of multiple advertising campaigns
as creative editor.
He graduated in Communications at the UIA in Mexico City,
and subsequently gained a Master in Telecommunications at
ITAM.

González-Azuara. With over eight years
of experience in the Telecommunications field, Rafael has
carried out key positions with leading companies. CEO of Stuke
Professional Services. Product Manager, Distributor Channel
Manager and Planning Manager with Acer Computec Latinoamérica.
His areas of expertise include: development of indirect sales,
marketing and business plans; development, managing and training
of the distributor channel; launching of new products, including
forecasting, analysis and market research
